Orders & making

Why does my order take a few days before it ships?

Every apparel piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or sitting in a warehouse. Once you order, allow 2–5 business days for production before it ships. Your product page shows an estimated ship-by date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out as soon as you can through the Contact page. Production starts quickly, so we can't guarantee a change once it has begun.

What are your pieces made on?

Some pieces are our own prints; others are the Wrought mark embroidered onto genuine blanks from established brands like Champion, Columbia and Under Armour. Each product page names the blank underneath. We build on real gear, not knockoffs.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

US orders over $100 ship free. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

How will I know where my order is?

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

How do digital products arrive?

Journals, planners, trackers and guides are delivered instantly by email after purchase. Nothing ships and there's no shipping charge.

Sizing

How do I pick my size?

Check the Size Guide and the fit notes on each product page. Some pieces are cut oversized or fitted, and the page will tell you whether to size up or down.

Returns

Can I return or exchange for a different size?

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or personal preference. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.
